We partner with Plum, one of India's leading employee health benefits platforms, for our group health insurance. You get cashless hospitalisation across a wide hospital network, app-based claims, and a support team that helps you through the hard moments, not just the paperwork.
Sum insured, dependent coverage, and full policy terms are shared with you at onboarding and are available anytime in the Plum app.

Every full-time employee is covered under our group health insurance plan, administered through Plum, from day one at Flyett.
Cashless hospitalisation
Get treated at Plum's network hospitals without paying upfront. Show your e-card, and the hospital settles directly with the insurer.

Your policy, e-card, network hospital finder, and claims live in one app. Raise and track a claim without chasing paperwork.
Doctor consultations
Talk to a doctor from your phone for everyday health concerns, so a quick consult never has to wait for a hospital visit.
Reimbursement claims
Treated outside the network? Upload your bills in the app and get reimbursed as per policy terms. Plum handles the follow-ups.

Plum's support team helps you through hospital admissions, claim questions, and policy queries. You're never on your own.
How to use your cover
Getting set up takes a few minutes, and claiming is designed to be done from your phone.
- Download the Plum app and sign in with your Flyett work email once you receive your onboarding invite.
- Find your e-card and policy details in the app. Keep the e-card handy; it is what network hospitals ask for.
- For planned or emergency hospitalisation, pick a network hospital in the app and show your e-card at the insurance desk for cashless treatment.
- For treatment outside the network, upload bills and discharge documents in the app to raise a reimbursement claim.
- Track claim status in the app, or reach Plum support directly from it if you need help at any step.
